Use this form to apply to become a member of SEEN In Health. We restrict our responses to membership requests to those from email addresses from eligible official organisations.

Our privacy policy explains how your data will be handled – please know that protecting our members’ identities is a top priority for us.

When you submit the request you will receive an email to confirm your wish to join. Once confirmed there may be a short delay before we can manually verify your eligibility. For most eligible applicants this is based on your email domain.

If your work blocks the verification stage you can forward the email to a personal account and use the same verification link with your phone or personal computer (our platform MailChimp is approved for UK government usage).
