How to evaluate training for EDI compliance

We have produced a checklist to help you assess the quality of training of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in your organisation. You can use it internally to raise any issues with your line manager or to support you through other internal processes.

If you are not successful in this approach, SEEN in Health can contact your organisation to flag good or bad (evidenced) practice using this evidence.
